The ticket has been bought, the bands have been confirmed and the anticipation is growing. It’s time to start thinking about the perfect festival equipment. We’ve put together a festival checklist with party-ready and weatherproof equipment.
You either love festivals or you hate them. There’s nothing in between. For a few days, you immerse yourself in another world, and only the moment and the music count. There is no better way to dance or chill out to good music and have incredible fun.
Festivals develop their own dynamic. Nevertheless, there are a few things you can do in advance to ensure that nothing gets in the way of the fun. Apart from the ticket, there are a few useful things you should pack.

Festival basics at a glance
Experienced festival-goers pack their things in a backpack that is easy to carry. Trolleys or suitcases are unsuitable. The festival grounds are often very spacious, and you have to cross meadows or gravel paths. Not only does it look strange when you plow around the meadow with your trolley wheels, it is also quite exhausting.
Festivals are noisy affairs. Earplugs are therefore a must. At the latest when your ears are ringing and you look uncomprehendingly at the person standing a meter away, you will appreciate their value. If, contrary to expectations, you do want to sleep at some point, earplugs are also the best way to block out the party.
Of course you can go to a festival without a cell phone. But it’s more fun with one. Most festivals now have their own app with all kinds of useful information: Which band is playing when on which stage? There’s also band information and a map of the grounds. It’s just a shame if your battery dies in the middle. That’s why it’s best to pack a power bank with sufficient storage capacity.
